Safety and health of vulnerable groups can be ignored under rapid urban transitions. Safety and convenience of green mobility is another big problem. Therefore, we focus on how cities can improve the safety and convenience of green mobility, how to promote the health benefits of green mobility, how to achieve co-control of GHG emission and air pollutants, and how urban development can benefit vulnerable populations such as the elderly, children, and people with disabilities. We develop tools and guidelines, hold capacity building activities, and provide context-based solutions for cities.
