Zhufang Shi is Development Manager at World Resources Institute China office. She manages WRI China’s portfolio, works closely with programs and leadership to unlock new funding opportunities, shape fundraising strategy, and strengthen donor stewardship and engagement.

Prior to this role, she served for 6 years as Project Coordinator for Sustainable Cities China Program, focusing on grant, contract and budget management, subgrantees stewardship, and project support in terms of strategy formulation and planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (PMEL).

Zhufang holds an MBA degree from University College London and a master’s degree in American Studies from China Foreign Affairs University. She has also studied at the University of Kent at Brussels for an exchange program.
