Zhuohui Huang is the Research Analyst of Climate Program, Sustainable Transition Center, WRI China. His research covers the energy and industrial low-carbon transition in Guangdong Province and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as research on decarbonization pathway of industrial parks and carbon footprint of key products. Meanwhile, he is keen on issues such as the progress of climate policies in China, U.S. and Europe.

Before joining the WRI, he works as consultants for projects of multilateral development banks, such as the Asian Development Bank and World Bank, to implement international loan and grant projects in China.

Zhuohui Huang received his M.S. degree of Environmental Science (Monitoring and Assessment) from Southampton University, UK, and B.Eng. degree of Environmental Engineering from Nanjing University, China.
