Mofan is a Research Analyst of Energy Program, Sustainable Transition Center, WRI China. She focuses on corporate decarbonization and industrial and business sectors' sustainable development. 

Her research covers corporate value chain decarbonization, textile and apparel industry decarbonization, and decarbonizing China’s industrial and commercial sectors with energy solutions. She has also worked on China-India Climate cooperation, Distributed Clean Energy in China, Building Efficiency Accelerator, Corporate Green Power Purchase, etc. Meanwhile, she is keen on the application of behavioral science in public policy and sustainable development.

Prior to joining WRI, Mofan was an intern at WRI China Energy Program, assisting research on low carbon city development planning.

She holds a Master of Science in Green Technology (Energy) from Hong Kong Baptist University.
